Madeline’s career began on the landlord side, representing institutional owners of some of Houston’s most iconic office buildings — 5555 San Felipe, 700 Louisiana, 888 Westheimer, and 3201 Allen Parkway — totaling more than 2.6 million square feet.

Her work blended creative marketing with relationship-driven leasing, leading presentations to brokerage firms and generating consistent new tenant activity.

Now at Savills, she brings that same proactive, client-centered approach to tenant representation — helping businesses and healthcare providers align their space strategy with long-term growth.
