With more than a decade of experience in Houston’s commercial real estate market, Madeline Gregory Cleary has built her career on strategy, relationships, and results. As a tenant representation specialist at Savills, she advises businesses and healthcare providers across Texas, helping them identify, negotiate, and secure spaces that align with their long-term goals.
Before joining Savills, Madeline represented institutional owners across Houston, leasing more than 2.6 million square feet at premier properties including 5555 San Felipe, 700 Louisiana, 888 Westheimer, and 3201 Allen Parkway. She led leasing presentations, developed targeted marketing campaigns, and generated new tenant activity through creative outreach and strategic broker engagement.
Her results-driven mindset and ability to connect meaningfully with clients have been defining traits throughout her career — from coordinating major lease negotiations to transforming a single outreach call into a multi-state client relationship spanning 80 clinics across three states.
Madeline holds degrees from Baylor University and the University of the Incarnate Word, and remains actively involved in Houston’s real estate community through organizations such as Women in Healthcare, ACHE, AMFP, CREW Houston, NAIOP, and HOLBA.
Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach, Madeline continues to bring clarity and momentum to every project — helping clients make confident, informed decisions in an ever-changing market.
